Almost the entire surface of the front side of the device is occupied by a display, around which there is a thin frame, in the center of the upper part of it there is a speaker, to the left of it is the camera's selfie lens, and to the right is the flash eye. On the back of the smartphone there are modules and a flash of the main camera. A headphone jack and a Micro USB input (for charging and storing data) are located on top of the device, while on the right edge (when looking at the screen) are an on / off button and a volume control.

BLU Vivo One Plus is equipped with a touchscreen display with a diagonal of 6.2 inches, a resolution of 720 by 150 pixels and a density of 268 ppi. The actual screen dimensions of the new smartphone are 67.42 mm wide by 142.32 mm high, and the aspect ratio is 2.111: 1, as a result, it is already much larger than its predecessor Vivo XL3 model. The display technology consists in installing an IPS matrix and covering it with 2.5D curved glass, as well as the absence of an air gap between them.

The screen of the device is capacitive and equipped with the Multi-touch function and occupies 82.1% of the usable area. It is capable of displaying up to 16,777,216 colors and has a 24-bit color depth. Images are always bright and clear and will not fade even when viewed in the sun.

As a BLU platform, Vivo One Plus is equipped with a modern Mediatek MT6739 quad-core processor (CPU) (with a 28 nm process and 64-bit capacity), each core of which (Cortex-A53) operates at a clock frequency of 1300 MHz. The graphics unit (GPU) is represented by PowerVR GE8100 with a clock frequency of 570 MHz.

In addition, which is especially important for today's time, it works in fourth-generation networks, on almost all Russian frequencies and is equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi. With a large number of advantages, the smartphone has practically no disadvantages. The most significant disadvantages of the device are the low display resolution and battery capacity.
