In July 2018, the Finnish company HMD Global presented the Nokia 6.1 Plus (Nokia X6) smartphone to users of the global market. The returned Nokia, led by the new owner of the brand, managed to release several new products belonging to different price segments and satisfying many selection criteria. Twelve months ago, a high-quality device Nokia 6 was presented. This year, the six have been upgraded and produced the Nokia X6 smartphone.

The device enters the international electronics market under the name Nokia 6.1 Plus with some differences from the previous model. The mobile device is based on Android one without proprietary shells and has a modification of 4/64 GB of memory. The smartphone does not belong to budget phones, it is endowed with good characteristics and can gain popularity among mid-range models.

On the back of the phone, which has a nice matte finish, Carl Zeiss branded camera modules are vertically located. There is a fingerprint sensor under the cameras. Unlocking the phone is fast, but you have to get used to the not very convenient location of the sensor. The company logo is applied under the fingerprint scanner.

A modern processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64-bit architecture, easily copes with everyday tasks. It is efficient, everything works very correctly and quickly. Switching between applications takes 2 seconds, and standard phone or SMS functions are launched instantly.

The benchmark rating places the smartphone in the middle for hardware. The processor is optimal in performance for use in low-cost and high-quality devices.

Interface

The smartphone runs on practically "bare" Android 8.1 Oreo, without any proprietary shells. There is nothing superfluous from the pre-installed applications. Easy and comfortable interface, the ability to store a large number of photos in the Google Foto application for free. Android one OS guarantees monthly security updates. Google undertakes to constantly update the operating system of the device within two years. This means that the smartphone will be the first to use the latest version of Android.

Autonomy

The smartphone is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery (li-ion) 3060 mAh. A full charge is enough for 36 hours of active work, you can watch videos for 10 hours. The device does not belong to "long-livers", but with the help of Quick Charge 3.0 it fully recovers its strength within two hours. It charges up to 50% in 30 minutes.

The display is bright, the color rendition is natural, the viewing angles are maximum. The screen color temperature is adjusted for viewing content. In the sun or in the dark, the visibility is clear, the eyes do not get tired.
